Calgary City Center is the place of work of about 100 thousands people, and is loaded with restaurants, hotels, shopping malls and pedestrian walks, such as Stephen Avenue Mall. Banking the Center on east side is City Hall, and the Bow River forms the northern border. The south and west areas ends into residential subdivisions surrounding the City Center.
